Heartsaver AED CPR / Adult & Pediatric |

This course teaches Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and the use of an AED for victims 1 year of age or older. This class is not for Healthcare Providers! Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Will be practicing skills that will require working on your hands and knees, bending and standing. This class is taught by American Heart Association instructors following AHA guidelines. You will receive a course completion card with this class. A non-refundable fee covers class materials. Participants must be 12 years of age or older. CPR classes are held monthly. If no registration box appears below, the current class is full. Future dates are March 15 and April 9, 2012. Registration opens 30 days prior to class date. |

Look Good…Feel Better is a FREE educational program that teaches beauty techniques to women diagnosed with cancer and to help combat the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment. This unique class is offered by a licensed cosmetologist and hosted by several area hospitals. Pre-registration is required because cosmetics must be ordered in advance to match your skin tone. Benefits include: Talking with other women going through treatment, looking good and feeling better about yourself, receiving valuable instructions from a licensed cosmetologist, and the opportunity to take home a makeup bag valued at over $200.

Find your inner Zen with Liberty Hospital's Yoga class. The course is offered in two different sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
