Meet Your Strength & Conditioning Coaches
Strength & Conditioning Coach Adam Long specializes in:
Adam has more than 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning training for all ages and ability levels. His previous experience includes serving as the head strength and conditioning coordinator at Colorado School of Mines, an NCAA Division II school, and assistant strength and conditioning coach at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. As a college athlete, he was team captain for the Bearcats, an All-American linebacker and was named the MIAA Defensive MVP in 2004. Adam and his wife, Carlie, have three children, Miller, Evelyn and Waylon. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in any kind of athletics.
Daiven has experience in strength and conditioning training on the high school and college levels. Previously, he was a strength and conditioning intern at Texas Christian University, a Division I school; William Jewell College, a Division II school. As a college athlete, he was a team captain of the football team at William Jewell College. Prior to college, Daiven served four years in the United States Marine Corps, with 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance, and served in two deployments to Afghanistan (OEF) and India to train their troops. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Shelby, and their two dogs, as well as competing in CrossFit and any athletic activity outdoors.
