Whether your goal is to lose 20 pounds, increase your overall health or to increase your weekend athletic performance, our staff will guide you on the right path to achieve your goals.

Adult Fitness 2 4 15

Classes include:

Adult Fitness: Small group training aimed to assist our participants in their pursuit to living a healthier lifestyle. Our coaches will create individualized programs designed specifically to meet our participants' fitness goals. $150/month for an unlimited number of sessions.

  • Monday-Friday 5 a.m., 6 a.m., 9 a.m., noon and 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday/Friday/Saturday 7 a.m.

Strength & Conditioning Coach Adam Long specializes in:

  • General physical preparation for sports
  • Strength and conditioning for all sports
  • Speed/Agility/Conditioning training
  • Injury prevention
  • Flexibility training

About Adam:
Adam has more than 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning training for all ages and ability levels. His previous experience includes serving as the head strength and conditioning coordinator at Colorado School of Mines, an NCAA Division II school, and assistant strength and conditioning coach at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. As a college athlete, he was team captain for the Bearcats, an All-American linebacker and was named the MIAA Defensive MVP in 2004. Adam and his wife, Carlie, have three children, Miller, Evelyn and Waylon. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in any kind of athletics.


  • Master of Science in Physical Education with emphasis in Health Science, Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO
  • Bachelor of Science in Corporate Recreation with emphasis in Wellness


  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA)
  • USA Weightlifting (USAW)
