Men's Pelvic Floor Health
Both men and women have a pelvic floor, or group of muscles found in the lower part of your torso. Male organs including the bladder, prostate and rectum are supported and kept in place by the pelvic floor muscles. They play a large role in bladder and bowel control and an important role in sexual sensation and function.

Male pelvic floor physical therapy helps to correct multiple conditions, including:

Kegel exercises can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and affect sexual function. These can be practiced while sitting, standing, lying down or pretty much anytime.
